St Brigid’s NS celebrated World Children’s Day on Friday 20th November. This is a day for children, by children, all over the world to help save children’s lives, fight for their rights and help them fulfil their potential. In our school, as it coincided with Anti-Bullying Week, we decided to focus on the positive; how unique each and everyone of us are. We also reflected on why we are all so special and this that we believe are important. To represent this, the children wore odd, bright, pattern and colourful socks!

We all had a wonderful day and it really highlighted all the talents we have as a community and the things we hold dear to our hearts.
