In 2019 the pupils from St Brigid’s were blessed with a grant from the Dept of Education which has allowed us to invest in the digital literacy of our pupils. In line with our SSE goals we are working hard to improve the levels of digital literacy through integration with SESE, Literacy etc.
Check out our twitter page to see evidence of the wonderful work being carried out in our school in the area of Digital Literacy, from infants using it to enhance their knowledge of Jolly Phonics, to our Green Screening in Senior Classes. Many classes are also now working with laptops to edit their work and create digital portfolios of work.
